Happy 2015, lovelies! I know I am about 27 days too late, but better late than never right?
I cannot believe what a whirlwind 2014 was, from weddings every month, being pregnant January-October and then becoming a first time mama, I cannot get over how wonderful 2014 was. I know I am a little behind on sharing weddings and life, but I promise I will get back on track and share all the pretty from last year!
Classically Lovely Events is taking a little breather, to not only revamp the website and packages, but to adjust to being a mama and business woman extraordinaire!
What does that mean? Classically Lovely Events is still taking weddings for 2015, however, not as many. We want to be able to give our FULL attention to our couples and right now we are still adjusting to our new normal. However, we do still have dates available for 2015 and our 2016 schedule is officially open for bookings!
Please contact us to schedule a coffee date and consultation… did we mention we love coffee?! (especially these days!) and you may get to meet my little lady in the process.
We also have some VERY exciting projects in the works! I won’t be giving away any details until things are more finalized with each project, but I can say we have atleast 3 projects we are currently working on. Please keep up with us on social media to keep updated on our projects! (psssst…. social media links are in the right column!)
And now… may I introduce you to our wonderful Little Lady, Miss Audrey Grace. This was from her newborn session at 10 days old, and now she is 15 weeks old! Where does the time go?! You will be able to see the full newborn session on Urban Style in February (including her darling nursery I designed!).

Happy Tuesday, Lovelies! February officially marks the beginning of wedding season for us! I also thought it was proper to introduce my fabulous assistant/intern, Miss Emily! We met through the sorority Delta Zeta, when we both rushed in 2008. We lost contact for a while, but recently rekindled our friendship last year. Emily is my crafty, graphic design right hand lady and she is also planning her September 29 wedding as well! You not only get me, but this beautiful face on your wedding day as well!
How would you describe yourself? Fun, creative and caring.
City, beach, mountains or country? A city by the beach! <3 Must be a so-cal girl…
How would you describe your style? Classy with an edge.
What is your favorite Starbucks drink? Venti Iced Vanilla Latte.
What’s your dream wedding look like? My dream wedding would be a romantic rustic chic affair with friends and family dancing lakeside in the twinkle lights until our little toesies feel like they’re going to fall off!
Happy Tuesday Lovelies!
Today, I spent the morning shopping for a dear friend’s bridal shower and for our cousin’s wedding and it got me thinking about wedding gifts. Now, maybe it’s one of the reasons why I am a wedding planner, but I LOVE being a guest at weddings and one of my other favorite things is buying gifts!
I am a firm believer in thinking outside the box when it comes to gifts. Sure, they have a registry for a reason, however, who needs 50 wine glasses or 50 white teapots (I am looking at you Aunt Cheri). Why not get them something that’s useful but still unique. Something outside the box that not everyone will think to get. It will give them a nice break between opening pots and pans and wine glasses and vacuum cleaners.
That’s where Anthropologie comes in (this is NOT a sponsored post). They have the most amazing selection for Brides AND Grooms. You can also do a registry there, and be a forward thinking Bride. Why not have fun with your life?
